A Unique Experience
Meet Your Hosts
The Farmstand’s story began in 1851 with an extraordinary journey: the original two-room blacksmith shop (which dates back to the 1700s!) was towed here from Tamworth Village over Page Hill by oxen and rollers. The Packard’s (Kimball and Neysa) are only the 3rd owners in all that time, preserving the heritage of this property for a new generation.
Once an old farmhouse overlooking the Chocorua River, we have cherished and kept its history alive to provide our guests with simple comforts, locally sourcedfarm-fresh food, and a welcoming atmosphere. We believe this is a place to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.

Testimonials
One of the best stays my husband and I have experienced in our entire lives. The property is beautiful, filled with life and history. It's incredibly cozy and comfortable, we both slept well. Breakfast was delicious and we didn't need lunch either day. Tippy is a lovely host cat with fluffy pantaloons and Sir Ellis, the delightful black and white cat, ensured that we never forgot where our room was. We had wonderful conversations and felt as though we were stepping into the home of beloved relatives rather than a stranger's house. It was simply fantastic!

We stayed here while attending a wedding and it was the perfect home away from home! Kimball and Nesya were so welcoming and the breakfast was local and delicious. The cats, Ellis and Tippy, were a delight and made us miss our cats a little bit less. Overall, this was the perfect place to stay for a weekend away and we’d highly recommend it! Thank you, Kimball and Nesya!
