As our Feel the Barn Concert Series enters it's 10th year, our reputation has created interest from more and more well known acts that don't typically play a 90 seat barn in NH! We are looking to make some improvements in our sound reinforcement that will make it comparable to what these nationally touring artists are accustomed to. These improvements include a digital mixing board, better microphones, additional monitor wedges, cables and audio effects.

To accomplish this goal, we are offering a number of awesome premiums, some directly related to the series, others to our B & B and our food. Assuming we hit the mark for these improvements, we will have a system in place for 2025 that is on a par with many of the full time venues our artists encounter on tour. If we exceed our goal, we’ll hopefully be able to include gear to live stream our concerts all over the world.

When fall arrives, we are pressing cider here at The Farmstand. Every few days we press another 15 bushels or so of apples from our orchard, and from nearby neighbor’s trees. Each batch is a unique blend of different apples, and as pure as it gets, unpasteurized, and containing nothing but fresh pressed apple juices. Grab a gallon or half gallon in our cider house today!

There's a real Currier & Ives warmth to this inn. Yes, it's immaculately clean, well maintained, and cozy-comfortable with sincere country-hospitality. But beyond that as you gaze down from the porch on the bubbling Chocorua River and ancient mill falls surrounded by the quaint New England village of Chocorua, there's a peacefulness that seems so elusive in the modern world ... like a calm pastoral feeling from times past. I loved the tiny town of Tamworth (10 min drive) and beautiful Chocorua Lake (5 min). Breakfast here is SUPER and real home-cooked ... great price as well. We'll almost certainly be back.  Trip Advisor Review

The Cider House, April 23, 2016

Owners Kimball and Neysa opened this B&B recently in their beautiful historic home, and they’re doing an amazing job. First of all, the location is superb—close to the lovely village of Tamworth, and just a stone’s throw from the White Mountains, while being far enough from the congested, touristy main roads of North Conway. Amazing biking and hiking right from the doorstep. The house is colorful and comfortable. And the breakfasts are generous and delicious, made with local ingredients (duck eggs from next door, homemade sausages, maple syrup from the backyard!). Neysa’s freshly baked cookies and scones are to-die-for. Can’t wait to go back!

“Great place. Cookies on arrival, clean room, and a delicious breakfast. What more could you ask for? Chocorua is a great area too.”

Went up for a weekend and found this B&B on tripadvisor. What a great find! The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the owners (Kimball and Neysa) were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast both mornings were great: day one farm fresh eggs, bacon and fresh baked scones, the second buttermilk pancakes with their own maple syrup. And a great area to be in for a relaxing vacation, with plenty to do nearby from golf to hiking to outlet shopping. Overall, highly recommended!

This was a fantastic place for my girlfriend and I to stay over a long weekend. The B&B is wonderful, with a great sitting room, board games, and food/tea available at all hours. Kimball and Neysa were welcoming and friendly hosts who cook a mean breakfast. The location is near great restaurants and not far from the North Conway area, and Tamworth has some great stuff going on too. We’ll definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

“I would go back just for the food - the breakfast was amazing and all locally-sourced as well. My girlfriend and I were spending the weekend hiking in the mountains, and this was the perfect place to rest and relax. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating of our schedule. We will definitely be back when the weather warms up to see the apple trees and cider house.”

My wife and I just spent time at The Farmstand. The room was very comfortable and very clean, as were the bathrooms and the hanging out area (comfortable couches, a piano, games, tea available anytime). But what makes the place so special (in addition to the marvelous view of Mt. Chocorua out the window) are the two hosts who are welcoming and friendly but not intrusive. And the blueberry pancakes for breakfast were the best I ever had.

....The new owners were very welcoming and a treat to deal with. They really made us feel at home. Very lovely people.

The property has a nice view of mt Chocorua, a farm stand, a cider press, a big barn for events and much more. They told us about their plans in the spring so we can’t wait to visit in spring or summer. Breakfast was delicious, rooms are comfortable and the living room is very cozy. Ask Neysa for her scones! Yummy. As this things go, the place is great but it’s the people that make it special.
